This website is owned and operated by BEAUTY LAB TWELVE, S.L. (hereinafter, “BLT”), with registered address at Calle Santísima Trinidad, 8, 03760, Ondara (Alicante), registered in the Mercantile Registry of Alicante (Sheet A-200611, IRUS 1000458020256), tax identification number B-22850226.
Orders are intended exclusively for end consumers (private individuals) purchasing products for personal use
(hereinafter, the “Users”). Resale or commercial distribution of products purchased through the Website is not permitted.
BLT may update these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The current version will always be available on the Website under the “General Terms and Conditions of Sale” section.
To place an order, you must accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale during the checkout process.
Products
In these Terms, “Products” refers to the cosmetic skincare products and other related products available on the Website.
All Products sold by BLT are cosmetics intended exclusively for external use.
BLT makes every reasonable effort to describe products as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight variations in colours, textures or images depending on the device used to view them.
You are responsible for:

checking for any personal allergies, sensitivities or intolerances;

BLT is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from improper use of a product, failure to follow usage instructions, or unawareness of personal allergies, sensitivities or conditions.
User Registration:
You may choose to register and create a user account. To do so, you will need an email address and must create an access password.
Your Details and the Purchase Process
To place an order, please follow these steps:

Please ensure all information you provide is complete and accurate, as it will be used to issue your invoice and deliver your products.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
BLT reserves the right to suspend or remove access for any User at any time and without prior notice, where abusive, suspicious, inappropriate or unlawful behaviour is identified, or behaviour that BLT reasonably considers to pose a risk to the Website, to BLT, or to other users.
Order Confirmation:
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by BLT.
Your purchase is confirmed when BLT sends you an order confirmation or, where applicable, a proforma invoice (the “Order Confirmation”).
If your order cannot be confirmed and a payment has been taken, BLT will issue a full refund.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, together with any documents referenced within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and BLT in relation to the purchase of products through the Website, and supersede any prior agreement or communication, whether verbal or written.
The contract governs access to the Website and the possibility of purchasing the products available thereon, as well as the applicable terms and pricing.
BLT reserves the right to update, modify or withdraw products, content or materials from the Website at any time.
BLT also reserves the right to cancel a confirmed order, in which case any amounts paid will be refunded to you. This refund will be BLT’s sole liability in respect of such cancellation.
Any promotions or complimentary gifts are subject to availability and the specific conditions stated in each offer.

Pricing and Payment:
Prices are as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.
If a pricing error is identified, BLT will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include any applicable taxes under current legislation.
Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be shown separately before you complete your order, added to the total based on the rates applicable at the time of confirmation.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties, tariffs or customs charges. These costs are your responsibility and are not covered by BLT.
Delivery charges are your responsibility unless otherwise stated on the Website. A full breakdown of delivery charges will be shown before you complete your order.

Before payment, you will see a full order summary showing the products selected and the total price, including taxes and delivery charges. You will then be asked to confirm your order and complete payment.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment platforms. BLT does not have access to your full card details or payment credentials.
By clicking “Authorise Payment”, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.
All payments are subject to verification and authorisation by the relevant payment service provider or bank. If payment is not authorised, BLT will not be liable for any failure to process the order, delays, non-delivery or similar circumstances.
Delivery:
Before completing your order, please select the delivery option that best suits your needs.
Your products will be delivered to the address you provide during checkout, in accordance with your selected delivery option.
Delivery times depend on the destination and will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. As a guide:

Spain (mainland): 24–72 working hours.

European Union: 2–7 working days.

All other international destinations: 3–10 working days.
Any dates provided in your order or dispatch confirmation are estimates.
BLT is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including logistical issues, carrier delays, customs procedures or force majeure events.
All shipments are handled by third-party carriers selected by BLT based on the destination and available services.
Delivery Options and Charges:
BLT offers various delivery options during checkout. Availability may vary depending on your destination and selected preferences.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on your delivery address and are displayed before you complete your purchase.
International Deliveries (outside the European Union):
Orders delivered outside the European Union (except shipments to the USA) are shipped under the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place). This means:

BLT covers the cost and risk of transport to your destination country.

You are responsible for any import duties, local VAT or customs charges required by the destination country’s authorities. These costs are not included in the product price or delivery charges and must be paid by you upon delivery or as directed by your local customs authority.
BLT is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or procedures.
However, shipments destined for the United States are dispatched under the DDP Incoterm. Under this term, BLT assumes the costs and risks of transport to the final destination, customs clearance, and the payment of duties and taxes.
If you refuse to pay the applicable duties or taxes:

Your delivery cannot be completed.

If the order is returned to BLT, transport, return and handling costs may be deducted from your refund.

If the order cannot be returned and is held or deemed abandoned by customs, no refund will be possible and BLT will not be responsible for any costs relating to its retention, storage or disposal.
Returns:
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without the need to give any reason.
To be accepted for return, products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered — unopened and unused, in their original packaging (including any seal, if applicable), accompanied by any accessories or complimentary gifts included in the order, and proof of purchase. Failing this, BLT may refuse the return on hygiene and safety grounds inherent to cosmetic products.
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used (even partially) or that show signs of tampering or deterioration. In such cases, a refund will not be possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email info@twelvebeauty.com stating your wish to withdraw from the contract and including your order number.

Return delivery costs are your responsibility. BLT is not liable for any loss, delay or damage that may occur during the return shipment, and you bear the associated risks.
Personalised products may not be returned or refunded, unless there is a defect or error in the personalisation attributable to BLT.
Refunds:
Once returned products have been received and verified as meeting the conditions for withdrawal, BLT will process the relevant refund.
The refund will include (i) the price paid for the Products, and (ii) where applicable, the original delivery charges paid by you (excluding any additional costs arising from your selection of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option available).
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
BLT will process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned products at the address stated above.
Defective Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact BLT as soon as possible by emailing info@twelvebeauty.com.
Where a product is found to be defective, BLT will arrange its replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you. BLT is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery, provided this is duly evidenced by you.
From the date of purchase, you have two months to notify BLT of any defect identified in the Product.
BLT will examine the returned product and notify you, within a reasonable period and in any case within one month, whether a replacement or refund is applicable.
Retention of Title:
Ownership of the products passes to you once full payment has been received.
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights:
You acknowledge that all trademarks, designs, illustrations, photographs and any other intellectual or industrial property rights in the Products, as well as all other elements forming part of the Website, whether registered or not (hereinafter the “Intellectual Property Rights”), are the exclusive property of BLT, companies within its group, or third-party licensors.
Placing an order does not grant you any right to use, register or associate yourself or your business with the Intellectual Property Rights. All elements of this Website are intended solely for the promotion and sale of the Products. Reproduction, distribution, transmission, public communication, adaptation or any other use of the Website’s content, including its technical elements and software, is strictly prohibited.
Liability:
BLT’s liability to you is limited, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to the amount paid for the Product purchased.
BLT accepts no liability for loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss — particularly given that the resale of Products by Users is expressly prohibited.
Changes to These Terms:
BLT reserves the right to update or amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. The terms applicable to each order will be those in force at the time the order is placed.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Spanish law. All sales transactions are deemed to take place at BLT’s registered address.
