Many times we look for some "guilty factor" when observing changes in our skin, such as lack of sleep, routines that can be aggressive or difficult to follow, or our lifestyle linked to the work we do. Seasonal changes cannot be stopped, but that doesn't mean your skin always has to suffer the consequences. Below, I reveal how the change of season affects the skin and share some tips to achieve healthy and happy skin, whatever the time of year.

If you live in the southern hemisphere:

From the dehydration caused by the cold, we move to a slight increase in temperatures that causes an increase in oil, which can lead to acne problems in the worst cases.

To all this, we must consider the appearance of allergies typical of this time of year with flowering. In fact, existing conditions usually worsen during this seasonal transition, including cases of eczema, rosacea, irritations, and atopic dermatitis.

How to strengthen your skin so that it is not affected by the change of season?
