A natural remedy for blackheads

Un remedio natural para los puntos negros

Blackheads are a fairly common problem, usually affecting the nose and cheek areas more. Once formed, they can remain for a long time, disappear, or even become inflamed. Therefore, it's not surprising that in some cases, blackheads are considered precursors to acne. In this post, I want to share with you a natural remedy for blackheads.

What are the main causes of blackheads in adult skin?

There are three situations that can lead to blackheads:

1. Hormonal imbalances can stimulate dihydrotestosterone production, and as a result, the skin becomes oilier and pores can become clogged.

2. Poor quality sebum. As a general rule, when we notice oily skin, we tend to look for oil-free products. However, incorporating oils rich in linoleic acid, like sunflower oil, into the routine helps to balance the sebum, making it more fluid (less viscous) and less likely to end up depositing inside the pores.

3. Lack of good skin hygiene and not properly removing makeup residue or sunscreen.

How to get rid of blackheads?

First of all, don't touch them. This is not the best remedy for blackheads, and it can also result in scars or infections.

My suggestion is Clementine Cleansing Balm. It's a fantastic product for removing blackheads and providing a deep cleanse to the skin. The oils it contains have the ability to effectively penetrate pores and gently melt away impurities inside (dead cells, dirt, pollution, oxidized sebum, SPF, and residues of other cosmetics). As a tip, I recommend leaving it on the skin for about 10 minutes before removing it with your Twelve muslin cloth dampened with warm water. This not only deeply cleanses your face but also gives it a boost of hydration. If double cleansing is your thing, it can be used as the first step. Another reason I love this product is the glow effect it leaves.
